We want to encourage those who might not be on the conventional path, and establish a platform that exist outside of the current establishment. Our space is perfect for businesses looking to downsize or that are looking for a short-term commitment.
Open Air Marketplace
The Cubico Collective has been open and thriving for 4 years. Our retail space consists of 6200 square feet of open ground level space that we utilize as a shared vendor marketplace. Lots range anywhere from 100 to 1500 square feet depending on your need.
Shopping and Retail
Being inside the Cubico Collective feels more like an experience than a shopping trip. There’s something altogether special about visiting such a creative space over a classic retailer. The Cubico Collective is a gem in SoHo with its unique artisans providing a unique find in a mass produced world.

Our location is prime retail space located between Broadway and Howard Street. Steps from world-class shopping, hotels, and dining in SoHo, Tribeca, and Chinatown. We provide heavy daytime foot traffic for brand awareness to businesses lucky enough to call Cubico Collective home.
