The outdoor space on the Cubico rooftop is a 4000 square foot, L shaped area in the center of SOHO on Broadway. Sporting stunning views of Lower Manhattan and the Liberty Building, it is the perfect venue for outdoor gatherings. We’ve hosted wedding receptions, birthday parties, company anniversaries and barbecues in this spacious rooftop and can provide catering and beverage options to make your event one to remember.

Penthouse

The indoor space on the 7th floor of our building is a 600 square foot open layout with windows facing south and east in Lower Manhattan. It can accommodate 25 people seated in a conference type set-up and around 50 standing. Equipped with a projector and screen for any A/V needs, this space is perfect for anything from presentations to informal mixers.

Cellar

The newly renovated basement space is perfect for hosting any large gathering. With a built in bar, kitchenette, bathrooms and open layout, it has everything you need to entertain groups of up to 150+. Our stylish couches, lounge chairs, chairs and tables can be arranged to suit the needs of any event and even cleared out completely if need be.

Court Yard

The Courtyard, located on the 2nd floor is a 1800 square foot patio that is shielded from wind on three sides and provides a bit of outdoor ambiance to the tenants on the lower floors. It is outfitted with seating furniture and a can be used for small events, dinner or outdoor meetings.

What’s the maximum capacity of the venue?

The maximum occupancy of the Rooftop: 150 people, Penthouse: 50 people, Cellar: 150 people, Courtyard: 100 people. 

What's your cancellation policy?

No Cancellation. Neither party shall have the right to cancel the event and deposits are non-refundable. We may be able to accommodate rescheduling your event, but since our prices vary by day, date, and time, this may incur an additional fee.

Can we bring alcohol?

Yes. Alcohol is permitted on premise. If alcohol is being sold, a Special Event Permit is needed by the New York State Liquor Authority (SLA). These include tastings and promotions.

Do you offer in-house catering?

Yes. We do have in house caters, and also allow outside vendors.
